All persons recognisable in photographs must give their consent prior to publication or be blurred out.
Images must be destroyed at the request of any recognisable individuals depicted. This also applies to images intended for purely private use. Unauthorised photographs featuring clearly recognisable individuals or of private screens are strictly prohibited.
Photographing speakers and their slides is permitted, provided they do not object at the start of the talk.
Unauthorised photography is prohibited in the camping, (car) parking and sanitary areas (toilets, showers). Photography is only permitted here with the prior consent of the persons being photographed.
In the castle and courtyard, photography of objects, long-exposure shots or wide-angle shots that primarily capture the character of the event is permitted. Anyone wishing to take long-exposure shots or wide-angle shots must clearly identify themselves as a photographer (e.g. by wearing a high-visibility vest). Should long-exposure shots or wide-angle shots result in clear close-ups, portraits or group shots, consent for further use must be obtained from the people depicted. If consent cannot be obtained, these photographs must be destroyed.
